Singapore · APAC · Senior Product Manager
16+ years shipping products people actually use.
I'm a senior product manager and product leader based in Singapore, specialising in 0→1 builds and growth across fintech, insurtech, edutainment, and ecommerce in APAC. I've led product at companies ranging from Series A startups to global enterprises — including Igloo Insurance, Gotrade, MoneySmart, and Qantas — shipping platforms from scratch, driving 20x growth loops, and building the teams to sustain it. Currently building at MandaiX, the venture arm of Mandai Wildlife Group. I work best where strategy meets execution: close enough to the data to know what's true, and close enough to the team to get it shipped.

I build things on the side — products, tools, and experiments born from random ideas, everyday frustrations, and a curiosity to see what’s possible with AI and modern web tech. Some solve real problems, some are gloriously unnecessary, but every project helps me learn, ship faster, and explore new ways to build on the internet. Here’s a look at the side projects, MVPs, AI apps, and web experiments I’ve launched along the way.
Every fantasy football league has a story — but most seasons end with a WhatsApp message and a shrug. I built this tool to fix that: league managers generate personalised, humorous award certificates for every player, each with an AI-generated quote in the style of a real footballer. Built in a weekend using Claude Code, it was a deliberate choice to start with something fun, low-stakes, and shippable — and it taught me more about AI-assisted product development than any tutorial would have.
My 9-year-old loves running family trivia nights — but the experience kept breaking down at the coordination layer. Attention drifted between questions, scores got disputed, and the host ended up managing logistics instead of enjoying the game. I applied the same 0→1 product thinking I use professionally: identify the friction, define the problem, ship a focused solution. The result is a trivia host app that handles timing, live scoring, and game flow — so the night stays energetic from the first question to the final leaderboard.
How might we help a family run an energetic, in-person trivia game where players stay engaged and scores are captured accurately, without adding friction or forcing everyone to stop and manage logistics?
As a runner based in Singapore, I kept hitting the same problem: there's no single trusted source to discover running events. Races get missed, early-bird windows close, and relevant events don't surface until registration is full. I built Racefinder to fix this — launching first in Singapore and Australia as the MVP, with plans to expand across South East Asia.
Today, runners bounce between a dozen fragmented websites to piece together race options — missing early-bird deadlines and relevant events in the process. Racefinder starts in Singapore and Australia, with SEA expansion to follow.
Always happy to talk product strategy, 0→1 builds, or what it takes to scale digital products across APAC.
